ICS Building Society Voted Best Residential Mortgage Provider by the Independent Mortgage Advisors Federation

- Making a Total of 4 Wins for ICS in the 5 year History of the Event-

ICS Building Society has been voted the best residential mortgage provider by the Independent Mortgage Advisors Federation (IMAF) at the annual Service Excellence Awards Ceremony which was held in Dublin on Thursday 18th November.

This is the fourth time that ICS Building Society has received the prestigious title of "Best Residential Mortgage Lender" in the five-year history of the IMAF sponsored event.

In accepting the award, Mr. Joe Larkin, Managing Director, ICS Building Society said:
"We are absolutely delighted to accept this Service Excellence Award from IMAF. At ICS, we continually strive to improve our service to brokers as recently evidenced by our survey action plan - a company wide initiative which saw us tackle every component of the business and implement a set of actions to improve on each area including technological support, innovative products and quality service."

Results were compiled from a survey of 800 mortgage brokers in Ireland carried out by FIMC on behalf of IMAF. Brokers were asked to rank a total of 15 financial institutions by means of an in depth survey. More than 30 service areas were scrutinised as part of the judging process including application process, most improved service, best broker support and value for money to customers.

Commenting on ICS winning the award, Mr. Michael Dowling, President, IMAF said:
