You can send payment requests directly to customers via SMS or email, allowing them to enter their card details via a secure payment page on their smart phone or online. Collect is now available for just €25 per month including 300 FREE transactions. Additional transactions are priced at 10c per transaction.

These terms & conditions apply to the Free terminal rental for the remainder of 2023 promotion (this “Promotion” and/or this “Offer”) herein set forth.

Whereas, Merchant desires to rent a POS terminal (the “Terminal”) from BOI Payment Acceptance (BOIPA) with free terminal rental for 2023, and BOIPA agrees to provide the Terminal to Merchant with free terminal rental for 2023.

Now therefore, set forth are the terms and conditions for this Promotion:

1. This Promotion is made available only to new customers based in the Republic of Ireland, excluding Northern Ireland, that enter into a Payment Acceptance Agreement (“PAA”) and into an Equipment Rental Agreement (the “Rental Agreement”) with BOIPA between August 1st and September 30th, 2023 inclusive. Applications received after September 30th, 2023 will not be eligible;
2. The PAA must be entered into with BOIPA for an initial term of no less than 36 months;
3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Rental Agreement, BOIPA shall provide a Terminal to Merchant with free terminal rental for 2023. After the free rental period, the charges and fees set forth in the Rental Agreement shall apply;
4. This Offer is subject to a Promotion Code: PROMO2023 (the “Promotion Code”), which shall be expressly informed to BOIPA at the time of submission of the application for the Rental Agreement. If the new customer, at the time of the application for the Rental Agreement, does not expressly input/inform the Promotion Code and request it to be applied, BOIPA shall have no obligation to sign the new customer up on the basis of this promotion and charges and fees set forth in the Rental Agreement shall apply from day one;
5. This Offer is NOT available to existing BOIPA customers;
6. This Offer is not open to any business sectors that are prohibited by BOIPA’s Credit Policy;
7. This Offer is for POS Terminal only.
8. This Offer does NOT apply to payment gateway and/or other products;
9. This Offer is exclusively available for Tailor Made Pricing Plan.
10. This Offer does NOT apply to Inclusive Ready Made bundle plans;
11. This Offer applies only to Terminal rental fee under the Rental Agreement and Merchant will be responsible for Merchant Service Charges under the PAA;
12. No cash equivalent is available;
13. This Offer CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other BOIPA promotional offer;
14. BOIPA reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer and the Terms and Conditions herein defined at any time without prior notice;
15. All information provided by Merchant to BOIPA must be accurate and up to date;
16. BOIPA reserves the right to reject any application in its sole discretion and BOIPA’s decision shall be final and no dispute will be entered into;
