There will be ongoing investment in our ATM network, which is now the largest in the country with over 1,000 ATM's (501 traditional ATMs and 546 Retailer ATMs).

Our 365 online service currently has 480,000 registered users (growing at an average of 5k per month). We are introducing new features for 365 online service, including:

• View payments, transfers, and direct debits
• View mortgage, savings - SSIA's etc.
• Ability to set up future dated payments
• View and cancel direct debits
