The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland
Bank of Ireland confirms that it filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F, for the year ended 31 December 2010, with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission on 24 June 2011. Hard copies will be provided, free of charge, on request to Investor Relations or to the Group Secretary's Office, Head Office, 40 Mespil Road, Dublin 4.
In addition Bank of Ireland confirms that it has published the Pillar 3 Disclosures for 31 December 2010.
