Remuneration Consultants
The Group Remuneration Committee has appointed Deloitte as remuneration consultants. Deloitte have no other remuneration consultancy connection with the Group. However, during the financial period, Deloitte provided corporate recovery services, regulatory & risk focused advisory services and IT consulting services.
