Graduates

A New Day, A New Challenge…….

The Futurus Programme is the key graduate entry career development programme within Bank of Ireland.   The objective is to enhance graduate entrants' technical and personal skills through a structured and supportive programme that will feed our future senior leadership pipeline.   It is aimed at high calibre graduates and provides a comprehensive, consistent and integrated development programme that supports the development of rounded skills and mobility in all Graduate Group hires.   Participants are given a combined opportunity to develop both specialist skills in specific functions and personal development which will equip them to develop their careers and challenge for significant roles in the future.

Bank of Ireland Group is now actively recruiting for our 2011 Graduate Programme commencing October 2011, offering successful graduates the opportunity to maximise their talents in an exciting yet challenging environment.

We know that it is only by attracting the very best of talent that we can sustain and build our organisation for the future.  We are currently recruiting graduating students who expect to achieve a 2.1 honours degree or master's degree in the areas of Mathematics, Finance, Commerce, Business Studies and Accountancy.  We have a limited number of specific roles on offer in functions relating to these disciplines.

We are seeking candidates with strong customer focus, initiative and resilience as well as having excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.

The majority of our roles will be based in Ireland, primarily Dublin.

If you've got the skill, the drive and the ambition to succeed with us, please complete the attached application form and return to us at gradrecruitment@boi.com
