Saving you time
Our 'Saving you time' initiative is designed to address our number 1 customer irritant in branch - queues. We have launched a number of initiatives including:
- More people in our frontline positions
- Proactive queue management, where during our busiest hours we help customers complete their banking with the minimum time in queues.
- We are also improving processes, for example, customers can now lodge and at our Cashiers with 'one swipe' of your ATM card, removing the need to fill-in dockets.
Our goal is to achieve a three-minute queue standard.
